2.Admission Requirements
- Completion of at least 12 years of schooling or an equivalent educational background.
- Must be between 18 and 25 years old at the time of enrollment.
- Must have completed at least 150 hours of Japanese language study or provide proof of Japanese proficiency equivalent to A1 level in the "Reference Framework for Japanese Language Education."
- Must be eligible to enter Japan legally through proper procedures.
- Must be physically and mentally healthy and capable of managing daily life independently.
- Must have a reliable guarantor.

3.Application Procedure
1.Inquiry
Please contact our school first.
Check the admission requirements before inquiring.
Provide your desired enrollment period and nationality.
If applying for a student visa, you must begin the selection process 7 to 8 months before enrollment.

2.Application
Submit the required documents via email.
3.Selection
Selection is based on document screening and an online interview.
Incomplete documents may affect the selection result.
4.Result Announcement
Admission results will be notified via email.
If conditionally accepted, final admission will be determined after the Certificate of Eligibility (COE) application result.
5.Application to the Immigration Bureau
The school will apply for a COE on behalf of the student.
Your admission may be revoked if any false or incomplete information is found in your application documents.

6.COE Application Result Notification
The Immigration Bureau in Sendai issues COEs on a designated date.
If issued, we will notify the student or the agent.
If rejected, we will inform you of the reason.

7.Tuition Payment
Tuition must be paid within one week after COE issuance notification.
After payment, the COE will be sent to the applicant.
8.Visa Application
Apply for a visa at the Japanese embassy or consulate.
Some countries require visa applications through external agencies.
If your visa is denied, tuition fees (excluding application and admission fees) will be refunded upon submission of the embassy's denial notice and payment receipt.
9.Arrival in Japan
Notify the school of your flight details at least one week before departure.
Classes generally start around April 10 and October 10.
4.Required Documents
- Application Form(Excel)
The information on this form will be directly used for your application. Please fill it out accurately to avoid errors. If you cannot use Excel, please notify us in advance. - Passport
Submit a color scan of the photo page and all pages with immigration stamps. If you do not have a passport, submit a birth certificate. - Japanese Language Proficiency Certificate
Submit a certificate of a recognized Japanese language proficiency test, such as JLPT N5 or higher, corresponding to at least A1 level in the "Japanese Language Education Reference Framework." - Japanese Language Study Certificate
If you have studied Japanese before, submit a certificate that includes the total study hours and study content. - High School Graduation Certificate
Submit a document that proves completion of an education equivalent to a Japanese high school (12 years of education). - University/College Graduation Certificate
If you have graduated from a university, vocational school, or junior college, submit a graduation certificate. If you have withdrawn or are currently enrolled, submit a document that verifies your status. - Employment Certificate (for Applicant)
If you have work experience, submit an employment certificate. - Financial Sponsor's Letter of Support [Original]
Please fill out the form designated by our school. The signature field must be handwritten by the financial sponsor. - Documents Proving Relationship Between Financial Sponsor and Applicant
If the financial sponsor is a family member, submit an official document proving the family relationship. - Financial Sponsor's Bank Balance Certificate [Original]
Please submit the original certificate issued by the bank. The required amount varies depending on the financial sponsor's annual income and country of residence, but a general guideline is JPY 2,000,000 or more. - Financial Sponsor's Bank Statement [Original]
Please submit the original documents issued by the bank and containing statements for the past year.
For a bankbook, please submit a color scanned copy of the cover page, the page with the bank name, account number, and name of the holder, and the page with transactions for the past year.
If you are unable to issue one year's worth of statements, or if you have only a few transactions, you will need to submit a separate statement explaining how the funds were formed. - Financial Sponsor’s Employment Certificate
If self-employed, submit a business license. If an executive, submit a corporate registration document. - Financial Sponsor’s Income and Tax Payment Certificate
Submit a certificate showing the latest annual income and tax payments. - Photos (4cm x 3cm) - 5 Copies
Submit photos taken within the last three months. The photos must be clear, without hats or backgrounds, and taken facing forward. Write your nationality and name on the back of each photo.
【Notes on Submitted Documents】
- Submitted documents will not be returned. If a return is necessary, inform us at the time of submission.
- Submit documents issued within the last month.
- Certificates must include the title, name of the issuer, issuing institution’s address, and phone number.
- Attach a Japanese translation for documents in foreign languages.
- If submitting copies, please ensure they are A4 size and printed on one side only.
- If you have previously applied for a Certificate of Eligibility for Resident Status, an additional explanatory document is required. Please contact us.
- If any false information is found in the submitted documents, admission will be immediately canceled.

6.Student Dormitory
- As a general rule, students are required to reside in a student dormitory designated by our school for the first six months after enrollment. If you wish to continue living in the student dormitory beyond this period, a separate renewal procedure is required.
- Student dormitories are 2 to 6-person rooms.
- Dormitories are located in Sendai City. Students of different nationalities and religions may share the same room.
- Dormitories are located in Sendai City.
- Facilities: refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, curtains, electric light, desk, futon, Wi-Fi
- Dormitory Admission Fee includes cleaning and facility preparation costs.

For Single Room Requests:
- Please consult us at the time of your application.
- The fee varies depending on the room, but for the first six months after enrollment, an additional dormitory fee of around JPY 30,000 to JPY 40,000 will be incurred. From the seventh month onwards, the fee will be around JPY 60,000.
- This is subject to availability.
7.Refunds
If you wish to withdraw from enrollment, submit a written request stating the reason.
In principle, fees once paid are non-refundable. However, if you withdraw before the end of the month preceding the enrollment month, a refund will be made excluding the application and admission fees.
Refunds will be issued to the student or the financial sponsor. Any bank transfer fees incurred for the refund will be borne by the recipient.
8.Part-time Jobs
As a general rule, international students are not permitted to work part-time. However, with a "Permission to Engage in Activity Other Than That Permitted Under the Status of Residence," you are permitted to work up to 28 hours per week (8 hours per day during long holidays).
Approximately one month after enrollment, we will hold an orientation session on the laws regarding part-time work and school rules. Until then, we advise students not to work part-time and to focus on adjusting to life in Japan.
